Chefs in Schools is a training-led charity dedicated to elevating the quality of school food through professional-grade upskilling and operational support. The organisation empowers kitchen teams to move away from processed food and cook fresh, nutritious meals from scratch.
Through its scalable training programs and growing membership network, the charity is building a national movement of self-sufficient school kitchens that nourish bodies, educate minds, and tackle food inequality at the root.

Co-founded by experts behind the National Food Strategy, the charity leads the coalition’s efforts to scale high-impact food and education programmes across the country.
